State of Being is a modern psychology practice located in Paddington (just outside Sydney CBD) and online (Australia wide).
We work with adults navigating things like anxiety, burnout, ADHD, Autism, relationship troubles and periods of stress and transition where they feel lost and unsure where to start.
The State of Being way of doing things is warm, evidence‑based, and human. We focus on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, reconnect with yourself, and create change that fits your life and nervous system.
Our goal is simple: to give you the feeling of a holiday for your mind. Space to pause, exhale, and step out of survival mode.
That’s why our branding draws on soft, holiday-inspired imagery. Sunlight, stillness, and a sense of distance from the noise. Therapy here isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating room to think clearly, feel grounded, and reconnect with yourself.
State of Being is a place to slow down, feel understood, and learn how to make meaningful progress towards the life you want to be living.
For people who are tired of holding it all together.
