Practice management systems and technology providers

*Zanda is our practice management platform and is used for appointment scheduling, client records, online forms, invoicing, client communications and telehealth services.
*Google Workspace for business email and practice administration.
*Stripe to process online payments. Payment card information is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own security standards. State of Being does not have access to your full payment card details.
*Xero for accounting and financial record keeping.
*Squarespace for hosting and maintaining our website.
*Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our website.
*Google Ads conversion tracking to help us understand the effectiveness of our advertising.
Some historical client records created before our transition to Zanda may continue to be retained within Halaxy where required to meet our legal, ethical and professional record-keeping obligations.
